What is most useful to send
A figure that looks wrong. This is genuinely the most valuable thing anyone sends. If a rate has changed, a rebate has been altered or a calculation does not match your bill, we want to know — with the page and the number if you can, so it can be traced. Corrections get made and the methodology page is updated with the new source.
A question the site should answer and does not. If you came looking for something and left without it, that is a content gap worth knowing about.
An appliance that is missing. The appliance list is not exhaustive and additions are easy.
What we cannot do is advise on an individual quote or recommend an installer. That would be exactly the kind of relationship this site exists to avoid.
